Video Door Phone with Intercom
Smart video door phones (VDP) enable villa owners to monitor and manage entry to their property. In the case of OneTouch, the VDP can be accessed through the mobile app. This means that a notification is sent to the phone if there is a visitor or an intercom call. These are integrated with SIP cameras that keep an eye on any activity on the lawns around the villa. The intercom system enables the resident to easily contact any other villa or facilities teams, housekeeping, etc. via 2-way audio calling. Being based on SIP technology, OneTouch VDPs are compatible with multiple software systems. This makes for convenient upgrades without the need for device replacement.
SIP Cameras
A huge network of CCTV cameras is needed to cover the entire township property, including common areas and individual villas. The cameras enable monitoring of any activity throughout the property. Smart Alarm and Motion Sensors
The realization of a security system is when an intrusion is successfully detected and an untoward incident is prevented. For this purpose, motion sensors and smart alarm systems are installed.
